Interval training which alternates short periods (20-40 sec) of intense anaerobic exercise with recovery periods. There are no heavy weights used. The class is divided between overall cardiovascular exercises and core targeted exercises. All fitness levels are welcome.

  • Equipment:  Equipment Provided (free-weights, mat, step)
