The Wheeling Health & Fitness Center (H&FC) offers a variety of classes for all fitness levels.  All classes are included in the membership.  To find a class that is suited for you please feel free to reach out to H&FC staff.

What do I need to do to sign up for a membership using my Silver Sneakers/Renew Active coverage?

You will need to come to the Health and Fitness Center and sign up in person. You will need an form of identification and:

For Silver Sneakers you will need your activation code which is a 16 digit code that starts with 2300. 

For Renew Active, you will need your activation code which starts with an A followed by 9 numbers.

What does the Silver Sneakers/Renew Active membership include?

With Silver Sneakers or Renew Active, you get a free membership to the Wheeling Health and Fitness. This membership includes full use of the fitness center, locker rooms, indoor pool and group exercise classes.

What classes are recommended for Silver Sneakers/Renew Active members?

Everyone has different levels of fitness, so it is important to find the right class for you. As a member you are welcome to try any class.
