CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Aqua Fit: The use of aqua noodles, water barbells, steps, resistance bands, and great choreography combine to help you get fit without impact on your joints!
Barre: A combination of general strength exercises, Pilates and Yoga, this class focuses on optimal posture and alignment while enhancing coordination, balance and overall strength.
Body Pump: Transform your body with the most effective strength training class available. 60 minutes of time under tension creates lean muscle to help you burn calories all day long.
Cardio Barre: High energy class that combines traditional barre exercises, light weights, and bands.
Core and Restore: This fusion class combines Vinyasa yoga flow and mat Pilates concepts, focusing on the core and emphasizing movements that will tone, stretch, and elongate muscles.
HIIT: Maximize your workout with High Intensity Interval Training. HIIT is a circuit-based class that combines short bursts of high intensity followed by periods of rest.
Light Cardio: A cardio warm-up trains your heart; strength moves improve muscles and bone health. Balance and flexibility are integrated into each class to improve your everyday movements.
Silver Sneakers Classic: Increase muscle strength and range of movement, and improve activities for daily living. You’ll have a chair for seated exercises and standing support. Your instructor can modify the exercises for your fitness level..
Stay Fit: Full range-of-motion exercises help control weight, increase strength, tone muscles and maintain flexibility. Moves are low-impact and adapted by the instructor for all abilities.
Strength and Sculpt: This power sculpting workout will effectively strengthen and define your entire body!
Strong Nation: Combine body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.
Surreal Cycling [NEW]: Instructor-led video cycling workout sessions with inspiring visuals and beat-driven music.
Yoga: Yoga is a guided vinyassa format synchronizing breath with continuous flow to build strength and flexibility. On last Thursday of the month, the evening class will focus on deep stretching.
Zumba: Slide, shuffle, and spin with footwork and body movements from the flamenco, salsa, merengue, samba, and more.
Zumba Gold Chair: Traditional Zumba moves adapted by the instructor for all ablilities.
OUTDOOR SUMMER POP UP CLASSES

Tai Chi Classes
Find balance in mind and body this new Tai Chi class taught by Iron Eagle Tai Chi. This low-impact exercise that is often called “meditation with movement” due to its gentle nature and focus on joint health. Because it can be easily adapted, Tai Chi is a great way for people of all ages and fitness levels to stay active, especially those with medical concerns.
